By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website.

02. Guest-Only Accounts & Eligibility
Our website operates strictly via guest checkout. No user registration or account creation is required to view products or place an order. By placing an order through our website, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and that the payment details provided are valid and authorized by you.
03. Products and Card Condition
We specialize in the sale of trading cards and related items.
Condition Specifications:Trading card values are highly dependent on physical condition. The specific condition of any individual card will be explicitly detailed in the product title and/or description.
Third-Party Standards:Where applicable, card conditions are described using industry-standard third-party grading definitions (e.g., PSA standards). We do not utilize our own proprietary grading or condition system.
Pre-Purchase Inquiries:If you require further clarification regarding the quality, grading, or condition of a specific item prior to purchase, you are encouraged to contact us at solidtcgroup@gmail.com. Placing an order constitutes your acceptance of the item condition as described in the product listing.
04. Ordering Process, Pre-Authorisation, and Cancellation
To protect against inventory errors and market volatility, we use a manual verification process for all orders.
When you add items to your cart, our system calculates all applicable costs, including taxes, payment processing fees, and shipping costs. The final evaluation will be displayed on screen before checkout.
When you submit an order, your payment card details are securely captured via Stripe. At this stage, funds are pre-authorized (held) but not yet charged.
We manually inspect our physical stock to ensure the items are available and can be fulfilled without issue.
If Approved: Card is charged, order processes, and a tracking code is generated.
If Cancelled: Pre-authorized hold is released immediately by Stripe.
Note on Fund Releases: While Stripe processes order cancellations immediately, the exact time it takes for the held funds to disappear from your account depends entirely on your financial institution (typically reflecting instantly, but occasionally taking 1 to 3 business days).
05. Pricing, Fees, and Taxes
GST: All prices displayed on Solid TCG are inclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.
Fees: All standard payment processing fees and taxes are integrated into the subtotal visible on the checkout form.
Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are separate, vary depending on the items and delivery method selected, and are calculated transparently at checkout. General shipping information can be reviewed at https://solidtcg.com.au/shipping.
06. Shipping and Risk of Loss
Domestic Shipping Only: We ship items exclusively within Australia. We do not offer international shipping.
Transfer of Risk: All items purchased from Solid TCG are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you immediately upon our delivery of the package to our shipping carrier (Australia Post).
Insurance: We do not provide or include postal insurance. Any transit insurance or delivery disputes must be managed directly with Australia Post.
07. Refunds, Returns, and Consumer Guarantees
No Change of Mind Returns: Due to the highly volatile nature of the trading card market, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds if you simply change your mind or if the market value of the product fluctuates after purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If it is demonstrably proven that a product was damaged prior to shipping or that the incorrect item was dispatched, we will provide a remedy in compliance with our legal obligations.
Discretionary Refunds: Any other refunds are granted strictly at our sole discretion ("in good spirit") on a case-by-case basis and do not establish a waiver of these Terms for future transactions.
08. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PTA Family PTY LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or the purchase of our products.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, Australia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
